FMCSA Proposes Long-Term Plan for Driver Fitness Rating

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration outlined a nine-year plan in a recent report to Congress.
The plan aims to identify drivers who pose the highest safety risk and to target them for enforcement. The new plan would build on the FMCSA’s current CSA Driver Program.
