Richard Hanna (R-NY), Tom Rice (R-SC), Trey Radel (R-FL) and Todd Rokita (R-IL) are encouraging House members to support an amendment that would temporarily block the new hours-of-service regulations that were put into effect July 1st by the FMCSA. The amendment would prohibit funding for the FMCSA to implement, administer, or enforce the new hours of service regulations for commercial drivers.
